Resident is storing two large mounds of potting soil/ dirt on planting/ parking strip on corner of NW 63rd St. & NW and 22nd Ave. NW, which is public property. The mounds have been there for months and now have vegetation growing from them and have been attracting rodents. Resident also has large amounts of garbage (discarded shelving, oven hood, plastic bins) in their driveway, which has also been there for months. I believe these infractions are a danger to public health.
