Per Online; There are several issues across the apartment complex that have led many residents to feel unsafe. There have been two instances of electrical fires (one fire started at a plug in outlet in apartment 4 and another fire started in the thermometer in apartment 5 in which the fire department was called out). Per Online; Ongoing electrical issues, I had a fire on 2/15/2020 that started at the in wall thermostat which the fire department had to be called to ensure the fire was out. There are still fire burn maks up the wall in my unit. The landlord replaced the thermostat but did not check the wiring of the unit. The landlord simply replaced the thermostat.
