Two issues: In 2026 received lease renewal offer at only 42 days before expiration of lease and was only emailed not mailed. Also did not receive the stand alone 180 rent increase notice2024-2025- Never received 180 stand alone rent increase notice.Each year they added provision in lease talking about rent increase for follwoing year which to my understanding is unlawful and does not bypass the standalone 180 day notice.I have attached lease renewal offer generated on May 20, 2026, 2025 l

My property manager is not itemizing my utility charges and creating her own a 5 day billing period  (which I never agreed to and is nowhere in my lease). Her creation of a 5 day billing period (she gives me a vague list of charges with my rent bill and tells me instead of the 30 days the 3rd party utility service says my utilities are due she says "no you pay me and it's due by the 5th not the 1st of next month".) seems like it shouldn't be possible for her to create new terms on a whim that a

Per online complaint "Parking lot has been re-striped to obscure exit discharge as required in SBC 1027.6 "Access to public way." South exit of apartment building (marked as emergency exit) discharges between two assigned parking spaces. Previous stripes with an additional striped lane for access is faded but visible."
