Light pollution - I just moved into a new home. My neighbor (apartment building) has a floodlight that shines directly into my bedroom and living room at night. Even with my blinds down, it's quite bright.The floodlight is on the south side of their property.

Per 7/22/09 online complaint: "They have replaced the entire roof, drywall & electrical on the top floor of this apartment building. I do not see any permits posted for this, and they appeared to be hiding the work being done. They had paper up in the windows so you couldn't see what was being done from the road."Per 7/31/09 telephone conversation: replaced roof completely (including sheathing) and remodeling including electrical w/o permits.
