Tree cutting and grading occurring in ECA. Caller witnessed excavation equipment and chainsaws on property and heard equipment in operation in ECA area, east of garage, which she identified as a natural habitat boundary (Puget Creek ravine). Caller notes that an unmarked truck is blocking the view from the street and that she saw what little she did from her employer's yard.
