Evidence of improper rerouting of existing pipe/lack of proper abandonment of old pipe; and lack of proper compaction of soil." since 2008Per 12/1/10 telephone conversation with complainant: side sewer repair work performed 2 or 3 years ago and at that time the pipe was re-routed to a manhole (bricked) in alley and not the shared side sewer in the alley.
