Mold in all 4 corners of the unit. Walls are covered in water and the padding is damp under the carpet in the corners. The owner is blaming the tenant and gave the tenant (as of 12/1/2005) a 10-day notice to rectify the problem or move out. The tenant is trying to break the lease and move out asap.
