This is a section copied from the email:The spill report was a result of turbid water being discharged to a ditch and swale system due to an improper set up by a sub contractor. A storm drainage ditch is being hard-piped in the location where this incident occurred as a part of the larger construction project. The ditch is temporarily plastic piped around where the construction company is excavating and this plastic pipe did not run all the way to the storm inle
