PER PHONE CALL: has questions about pet deposits. Complainant had been informed, per code 7.24.038 that pet deposits can not exceed 25% of rent amount. Wants to know if that is per dog or total. Landlord is trying to charge him per dog which exceeds 25% of rent. Wants to know rights
