I am submitting a Noise Code complaint regarding a loud, continuous exterior mechanical unit serving the townhouse/garage property next to my residential condominium building. The affected property appears to include the townhouse addresses at or around 636, 638, 640, 642 4th Ave W and 323, 325 W Roy St, Seattle, WA.The noise source appears to be a mechanical/ventilation unit associated with the underground parking garage or building mechanical system. It is not intermittent household noise
