06/13/08 KB inspected and Land Use violations exist-junk storage, parking in yard, inoperable vehicle, possible illegal unit. KB observed tire, metal frame, and misc debris in driveway. 3 cars on property one is inoperable, two are parked in required setback/front yard. Illegal unit indicated by mail boxes 6375, 6375A and 6375C. Permit 705642 indicates one may be legal.

Per online complaint:"This house was purchased last summer by the current owner and turned into a 3 unit rental property, as evidenced by the 3 separate entrances, and mail boxes that were added with addresses for units A through C."Note: Banner still shows only one set of utilities.
