Walls Property Management operates an apartment building that changed its gutters sometime in the last year. The gutters used to go underground but after they changed the gutters one now flows directly onto the sidewalk (which sometimes floods) and the other flows onto a concrete driveway on their property, pools up, overflows and then flows into two of their neighbors' yards, including mine. they are dumping all water from roof on to my property and sidewalk. they installed wide pvc pipe replacing existing system. this will flood sidewalk and my house. help! we are senior citizens and have lived here more than 30 years with no problems. this must be illegal.
