This is a follow-up to case #006873-25CP. The apartment marked my maintenance request as "completed" without doing any inspection or repair. No one has come, and no explanation was given by the property manager. I am submitting this complaint with updated evidence.

I am the tenant of Unit 406 at 6404 9th Ave NE. On May 8 I submitted a maintenance request for broken window blinds. Despite follow-ups on May 19 and June 2 with MainGate manager Ryan, no one has come to inspect or repair. Over 30 days have passed-well beyond the 10-day limit required by Seattle rental law (SMC 22.206.160).
