Signed a lease for 3months to live in room that landlord lives in as well, has only been living on property for 3wks, landlord allowed to pay rent/deposit in increments total is $1900. In that timeframe tenant noticed several issues, (plumbing and electrical issues etc.)things that were not up to code. Tenant told landlord about these things once she did he served her with a 3day pay or vacate notice on July 3rd. Landlord would allow other people in area that tenant was paying
