This tree is overgrown and hanging over the entire alley so that whenever any vehicle drives under it it scratches the top of the vehicle plus it hits the top of people's heads when they try to walk down the alley the owner of the property refuses to allow anybody to trim it

PER CSB: New homeowners have a drainage problem. When it rains, water is rushing down the slope at the Park baseball field, pooling in the driveway and flooding the garage. If hasn't rained recently, it wont appear to be a problem. Slope is behind the house near the garage. Won't be visible from - SDCI/SPU - Inspect erosion/flooding concern
