I am writing to formally file a noise complaint regarding recurring trash truck activity at my residential building that takes place during Seattle's designated quiet hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The trash collection schedule is inconsistent and operates at random times throughout a 24-hour period, including late at night and early in the morning, causing significant disruption to myself and likely other residents.
