Multiple housing complaints: light switches w/o covers, electrical system keeps tripping (the tenants in the upper unit do not have access to the fuse box - they have to have the renter in the basement unit reset it), the house doesn't seem to get up to temperature, some windows painted shut, tenants do not have the key to the backdoor.
