Vacant home with broken window in front, and broken/open back door. Racoons living in the house and shed. People riffling through the debris at night,which includes salvage metal, broken furniture, etc. Debris is in both front and back yard, the back being visable from the neighbor's driveway, front yard is visable from the street. Caller states that the owners are now in Arizona and their son is dealing with their property.
