Subject: Landlord withheld excessive/unlawful security deposit deductionsI moved out of my apartment at 645 W Nickerson St in July 2025 and paid rent through the end of the month. I communicated to the landlord, Peter Konis, that the only remaining item - a mattress - would be picked up, and it was on July 19. Despite this, the landlord withheld $729 from my $1,600 security deposit for:$173 junk hauling (unauthorized removal of property, no notice, no storage period as required under RCW
