Tenant has received different notices for a rent increase. Tenant signed one notice now Mgmt. is saying that was a n error on the document. Which shows a lower rent amount. Would like to know rights?

Our historic SF home shares a 13'h x 80'L cement wall with this 5 story building Ballard Public lofts. The wall has several scuppers (drainage spouts) that release water periodically into our yard. The grey water comes from irrigation overflow along the East 2nd story units planters. Damage caused to our landscaping is significant and we have complained for over a year. On June 19 2022 they had a irrigation main break and hundreds of gallons flowed over the wall.

Ballard public lofts and market charges a pet fee and part of that is a roof area specifically designated for dogs. Unfortunately, it is not kept clean and animals end up getting sick. My dogs have been sick twice. Not keeping it clean is also dangerous to humans as we are tracking feces and urine back into our homes.

Hazardous bambooplants, blocking sidewalk

The building owners planted a species of green timber bamboo on thier property adjacent to the 64th Ave NW sidewalk. They did not install any type of bamboo barrier. The rhizomes have migrated across the sidewalk and are now producing several large bamboo shoots along the city right-of-way of NW 64th Ave. My address is 2244 NW 64th Ave and the shoots are now within the right-of-way in front of my house.I made a complaint to the building manager and they responded by
