The 220 volt for the oven is shorted out so the oven cannot maintain heat.. oven has been replaced and it brand new old oven caught on fire on first use. landlord refuses to address the electrical problem. we have asked for months and gone months without the ability to cook food. using hotplates and instant pots as main cooking source since january 8th 2020. there is black mold in the kitchen from an improperly sealed vent. most of the electrical sockets in the apartment are n

We would like yo express out concern about this apartments landlords failure to give us our Seattle Landlord-Tennant laws. We also upon moving into this apartment unit observed many safety violations such as insufficient fire detectors, lights and carbon monoxide detectors. There are exposed lightbulbs. There are rats and cockroaches.
