Per CSB: Light glare from light fixture on north side of Matterhorn apartments at 6500 35th Ave NE Seattle 98115. Fixture is not properly shielded to direct light down to their parking area so glare shines directly into my apartment even though I am across the street and two floors above the fixture. Requesting that they install a glare shield or a more appropriate style fixture to light their property without the glare reaching across the street. Also it's on 24 hours. Thank you for your assis
