Per on line complaint, Property manager is WPI Real Estate Services INC. Black, white, and green mold growing at a rapid rate within apartment 101 on walls, cabinetry(the wall is corroding behind dishwasher), carpet and grew on furniture. Possible moisture problem in building. property manager didn't fix problem

Faucet in bathroom loose, leaks causing mold, electrical outlet problems, broken dishwasher...wants housing inspection...will be moving soon (likely mid-March) because SHA failed 3 Section 8 inspections.
