Our four housemates have not received our security deposit back since we've moved out on April 30, 2021. We've repeatedly contacted our landlord for our $500 security deposit along with the water treatment cost we've paid that he said he'll reimburse us on.

Per Online; I have moved out on April 1, 2021 and I have yet to receive my security deposit. Not only that but no condition report was made when I moved in. I've repeatedly contacted the landlord yet no response.

Per Online; Water leak has not been fixed for over 2 months. Furthermore there is a wet spot on the wall that hasn't been repaired in over 6 months and the rental units are not registered with Seattle Rental Registration and Inspection Ordinance.
