ZONING--PER CSB: Blackwood Builders are putting up Townhouse units next to my place. There are piled up No Parking signs and construction debris resting on our community fences. The builder has already damaged our fence and will not take responsibility for these signs because they say they belong to the city even though they were put up due to the construction and sewer work for their project. Please have someone come and take care of this issue.
