Tenants of this house leave trash all.over their backyard attracting rats. They frequently use the charcoal grill emitting thick smoke which goes straight into all of the apartments directly next to it which do not have AC so the windows are all open and fire alarms get set off. Any time tenants have been approached about these matters or their barking dog that they have off leash they are not open to any kind of communication despite several attempts at friendly discussions.

There is a huge tree on this property that the owner does not prune despite ongoing issues. Recently, several branches fell and damaged our truck, which was parked on the street (estimate is $2,000 to repair). Two other cars were damaged worse than ours. The home is a rental. We called the property manager, and he refused to help in any way and has refused to touch the tree, claiming it is the "destiny of a tree to fall."
