PER ONLINE: My apartment has bedbugs. Property management has not done anything to resolve the issue except to spray chemicals around my apartment however the chemicals have not done anything and problem appears to be getting worse. The apartment also smells of foul odor. These bedbugs have been in our apartment since we moved there since November 2017

Complainant is a tenant on Section 8 voucher - Section 8 inspector recently conducted an inspection, which will require repairs to be made. MGMT claims that the housing problems were caused by the tenant, and that the tenant will be financially responsible. Complainant claims that the damage is just stand wear and tear of sink counter (tenant has been there for years).
