Basement unit was rented out on 6/9 with unsafe structural issues undisclosed to tenant. The flooring in the living room and kitchen are damaged, defective, and deteriorating. The floor is unlevel throughout the unit, with cracking in multiple spots, and there are pieces of vinyl flooring breaking off, creating a hazardous living environment. Landlord's solution was to put rugs to cover up the mess, but it didn't cover the entire issue and this is not a sustainable solution.Check fo

VB--per CSB--This is an apparently derelict building in our neighborhood that is now attracting junk. We have picked up trash repeatedly to keep the neighborhood clean, but are unable & unwilling to dispose of large pieces (broken down furniture) that have started to appear.
