there's black mold all over my house, and unfunctional sink that spews sewage water. I have contacted and documented conversations with the landlord including information about my health and my pets' health. He deliberately told me i can go somewhere else if i don't like it, but my lease is still intact and i get charged 2000 a month for an unfunctional and unsafe unit

Mold- There is persistent mold growing throughout the building, growing more frequently since a flood in the basement of the building about 2 years ago. Molded and water damaged walls have been painted over instead of replaced. Specific locations of mold inside of our unit include the bathroom walls and ceiling, bedroom walls and ceiling and around the frame of the front and back doors.
