Illegal dumping. Multiple recycling bins at our townhouse community location were stuffed with cardboard and trash resulting in overfilled/overflowed bins. The trash in our bin had a postage stamp from Restoration Hardware and was addressed to 5744 30th Ave NE. The name on the stamp is "Jackson/Nico Myers"
