Per Online; There is construction noise going on tonight at 8:20 at night. They are using nailguns and it's very loud. Construction code says it's supposed to end at 7pm in neighborhoods.

Per Online; The construction workers have been placing their "Parking restriction signs IN the road after their work for the day is done and leaving it there after the allowed parking time of 6pm. So someone would have to get out of their car and take the sign out of the road in order to park there. Even though the sign says it is allowed after 6pm. I have photo evidence with time stamp showing after 6pm should you need it.
