*confidential - chicken coop constructed within 3 feet of north property line between both residences. The chicken coup is adjacent to kitchen window of neighbor to the north. Coop stinks and caller said he read the code and doesn't believe the property is able to have chickens due to setbacks and the current footprints of the existing structures on the property.
