Transients are camping in the backyard of 6524 44th Avenue SW. There are up to five people at time sheltering under a makeshift tenant structure. They defecate in the yard and strew garbage about. This area can be viewed from the public alley behind the property and from the property next door at 6530. Complainant will give access to her property at 6530 to observe the back yard at 6524.
