I'm a resident of Ivy Court Apartments, managed by Redside Partners LLC. I made management aware over a month ago and they dismissed my concerns. The building is under renovation. The contractors have repeatedly left fire doors open overnight, piled materials in emergency exit routes, and removed unit numbers. POTA--per phone call--complainant has lived there for 12 years. Rent is going from $900 to $1500 because they are doing renovations. She signed a 6 month lease, but manager continuously asks her to meet to discuss what other places she is looking to move to. Feels she is being harassed and not allowed to live peacefully during this 6 month lease term
