I am the owner of the property. I'm applying for a permit to retrofit a ADU I have constructed a couple years back. My file has been assigned a processing hold potential TARO. Tenants currently occupying units will not be displaced, as there will be no construction necessarily at the property. Everything is constructed already, and we are simply looking to legalize the ADU setup as it currently stands. Thank you!
