Landlord began charging us for water usage via RUBS. However, there is only 1 water meter for the entire property which includes the coin-op laundry facilities. We should not be paying for the water used in the shared spaces. We are double paying for laundry when we use the machines. I would like the landlord to either (1) install water meters for each unit to be billed separately or (2) install a water meter for the shared spaces and bill the remaining portion via RUBS.
