PER ONLINE: Occupants are operating an auto mechanic shop out of the garage and driveway for past 9 to 12 months. Sidewalk is always blocked by cars under repair, and significant amount of garbage is around property, on/near the sidewalk. It is unclear if there are any toxic substances in the garbage.
