This is a report about a rental from a tenant. The house was without heat from 12/28-1/10. When the heat was fixed, the boiler began to leak significantly. The leak has been on-going since 10/10 and although I have done my best to mitigate by catching the water in buckets, I have been unable to keep up. The leak is on-going and is actively covering the basement floor (concrete) and now has hit the carpeted area. I fear for my health and safety with this standing water and assume mold is also gr
