Illegal dumping on private property. Our address is 654 W Olympic Pl. Dumpsters are located in the rear parking log. Dozens of bags of trash were dumped in our private dumpster. The bags all contain items (mail, boxes) with the following address on them: Wilson Family, 4208 1st Ave NE Seattle 98105. Because Seattle Solid Waste will probably fine us for an overflowing bin, can I request to have this customer pay the fine
