NOISE--per CSB--I was woken up at 2:00am the morning of April 25th by loud high-pitched beeping, shouting, and what sounded like someone dragging a something metal and heavy on the road. Through the window I saw a large construction vehicle and trucks directly outside my house, the workers were forced to shout over the noise of the truck, so loud that some conversations could be heard clearly within the house.
