After hours noise complaint. This is the second day in a row where drilling and pounding of construction has continued past 7pm.The noise has been continual for the entire day of the entire week and after hours is unacceptable.

The construction at 6547 24th Ave NW is still in the middle of pouring concrete with several large, noisy concrete trucks and hammering going on after 7pm on Thursday, Feb. 10th. According to our zoning and the SEPA application of LR3, hours are restricted to 7pm weeknights.

1. Safety Hazard! No Construction Site Fence around site. The existing house is being demolished and a portion of the roof fell off, close to the public sidewalk. 2. Safety Hazard: workers around demo site are not wearing helmets. 3. Safety Hazard & Construction violation: water spray not used on half of demo facing residential house, only used on side facing apartment building. Loose insulation and dust in air.
