Complaint re. persistent water damage, toxic mold growth, improper handling of repairs, failure to professionally remediate.Due to cost-cutting, negligence, & MGMT refusal to address maintenance issues promptly, unit has suffered rapid structural deterioration and is a severe health hazard. Water damage & rapid mold in past 20 days. Unit uninhabitable & needs total remodel. I relocated to a hotel at my own expense since 12/05. Extensive documentation of rapid deterioration since NOV. I'
