The gate leading to the parking lot for this building emits a loud beeping sound that repeats every couple minutes all day and all night. It is effecting my ability to relax in my home and my sleep quality. It has been happening for weeks now.

Construction noise began at 6 am this morning, rather than the allowed 7am. Additionally, mechanical sounds from the site from an unknown source have made it impossible for us to sleep. It sounds like a loud whirling sound. I believe it may be from concrete trucks. Our apartment is directly across from the construction site. Being unable to sleep, even in the middle of the night due to mechanical sounds is really pushing us to a breaking point. Please help.
