I was not giving notice of maintenance entering my apartment. I sent in a maintenance request on December 17 received a text on the 19th that said someone would be here the 20th or 21st. Today January 8 I got a knock at the door for someone to come and fix an appliance. I received no phone call or notice this person was coming.

Landlord failed to return my entire deposit. I left the apartment clean, but was charged for regular and professional carpet cleaning. There is also a weird charge that says "December" but I have no idea what it is for, as I paid up my utilities and I paid through the day I left. Landlord also took my deposit before giving me a walk-through checklist. I was given a checklist about a month after I moved in.
