PER CSB 24-00261794: This and other property owners on E side of 32nd Ave E have very poor sidewalk maintenance, probably because their main access is from an alley and they don't monitor this sidewalk. Broken sidewalks with blackberries and other vegetation hanging down or covering most of the sidewalk.
