Small landslide on the west side of the property, coming down onto neighbor's property. This can not be seen from Beveridge Pl. ROW, it is best viewed from complainant's property, complainant gave permission for the inspector to access their property to view. Complainant said a larger slide, that slid to the 47th Ave SW ROW, occurred in the past on this slope prior to his ownership of the property (11+ years ago).
