Our neighbors to the south - we share a fenced property line - are building an artist/painting shed, for him to paint in. It is his profession. They tell me it will not have electricity. She has 2 other garden/tool sheds, and runs an Air-BnB out of her home. I have tried to do my due diligence in researching my rights for a setback away from the fence and the property line. She, the home owner, is reporting there are no set pack requirements in a rear yard. That the rear yard is exempt
