I live in an apartment building called the Phinney Flats owned by Johnson&Carr.It's managed by Arboreal property management The rooftop lights have not been working since the new management company Arboreal took over in April/May. The roof hours are 8am-10pm. It is incredibly hazardous to navigate on the roof and not get injured without the roof lights.  A few years ago a woman jumped off this roof so I believe it is very important the lights are working.I've sent maintenance requests in

Per Online;The only elevator in the building has not worked for three weeks. They keep saying it's getting fixed. It works for a day or two and then it stops working. It is now been out of order for five days straight. I have rheumatoid arthritis and asthma and live on the third floor there are no other handicap or disability access to these floors.ADA concern
