It is to my attention that the Management/owners at the Brighton Apartments are cutting corners at all costs. There is hiring of unlicensed construction under the false of maintenance. No permits no inspections. HVAC systems and gas lines being worked on by employees with no certification or license. This is dangerous and highly concerning. how many of these apartments have been worked on by people not qualified is the question. There is high voltage wires hanging down in hallway ceilings (3rd

Maintenance came in and work on pipes. Hole in floor, did not close hold in floor. Bedbugs in unit. He has told management about this a few months ago and they have done nothing to fix issues in apartment. Threw out his medical equipment. Tenant rights.
