Tenants husband and wife have been dealing with a raw sewage problem for quite awhile. Raw sewage has backed up into the downstairs. Mr. Jones is a stay at home dad so contact him first. The raw sewage is currently sitting there dried. The owner stated that in their lease it is there responsibility to handle all plumbing issues.
